COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Grayhill 73G-ITCK parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omtec-Mfg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Motorola parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kemet product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omtec-Mfg such as the OMS1061 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MJ10052 manufactured by Motorola and we are pleased to be able to service most Motorola systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature T510X477K006AS by Manufacturer Kemet as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hyundai Brand HiOR500L400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Joslyn-Clark such as 4U4120PM equipment made by Joslyn-Clark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Joslyn-Clark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Joslyn-Clark" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available F1017 made by Clare as well as the popular 106615A original spares produced by Honeywell Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PEI5025 by Precision-Electronics and 4U4120PM spares by Joslyn-Clark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 2963912 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Phoenix. |
