COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Merlin Gerin C400-630NHL parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Panasonic products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fairchild parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Robicon product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Panasonic such as the AEV15012 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UA747HMQB manufactured by Fairchild and we are pleased to be able to service most Fairchild systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 463666 by Manufacturer Robicon as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Moeller Brand ZEM48090AampZEM2IOCO in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as A5E00825002 equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mitsubishi products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mitsubishi" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ES73401AH020AE0 made by Siemens as well as the popular UB0AD original spares produced by Microelettrica-Scientifica Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CJ1WPD025CJ1MCPU13SCU41V1AD81V1TC101 by Omron and A5E00825002 spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
