COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric IAC53B811A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sigma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Multilin parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sigma such as the 5RO10000SSIL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SR469P5HIA20 manufactured by Multilin and we are pleased to be able to service most Multilin systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DSW407703 by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Imc-Magnetics Brand 18SD8651 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Price-Elect-Corp. such as 542453HS equipment made by Price-Elect-Corp. have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Price-Elect-Corp. products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Price-Elect-Corp." in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PZE5110VAC4S1O made by Pilz as well as the popular W102HVX1 original spares produced by Magnacraft Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 774303 by Pilz and 542453HS spares by Price-Elect-Corp. are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original Pc6702 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Metrabus. |
