COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric IC2820D300B11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out Hurco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 General-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the PNOZ106S40 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 4150224 manufactured by Hurco and we are pleased to be able to service most Hurco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3S7511KF104B1 by Manufacturer General-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has General-Electric Brand 12IFC77A2A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilz such as PDZ24VDC2NO2NC equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 43261 made by Pepperl as well as the popular 12IAC53B2A original spares produced by General-Electric Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the Z4100 by Klockner-Moeller and PDZ24VDC2NO2NC spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original IC2820A100BB2K Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer General-Electric. |
