COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Logitek PMA3422D-105/130-380/430-2/2-115 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Lucas-Ledex products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Garret product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Lucas-Ledex such as the 5204648 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LAE10220V manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 5479341 by Manufacturer Garret as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Motorola Brand MC88PL117FN in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Moeller such as ZEM48090AampZEM2IOCO equipment made by Moeller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Moeller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Moeller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available G3PE545B3N made by Omron as well as the popular 6ES73401BH020AE0 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PRN625 by Pop and ZEM48090AampZEM2IOCO spares by Moeller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P2HZX1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz. |
