COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pilz PDZ 24VDC 2N/O 2N/C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sigma products, including obsoleted and phased-out Struthers-Dunn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Sigma product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sigma such as the 6HX4C25000SSIL spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 139XXA102 manufactured by Struthers-Dunn and we are pleased to be able to service most Struthers-Dunn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 41J0Z91236 by Manufacturer Sigma as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Crydom Brand CC4825W1V in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Rocker-Solenoid such as SIR7177 equipment made by Rocker-Solenoid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Rocker-Solenoid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Rocker-Solenoid" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 8501XDO80XDLV62 made by Square-D as well as the popular RP5229G1 original spares produced by C-P-Clare Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 53731 by Rocker-Industries and SIR7177 spares by Rocker-Solenoid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D1D80 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Crydom. |
