COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the General Electric 121AV53K3A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hydro-aire-/-Chet-Engineering products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mori-Seiki parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hydro-aire-/-Chet-Engineering such as the D800897 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D0204 manufactured by Mori-Seiki and we are pleased to be able to service most Mori-Seiki systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 3S10 by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Furnas Brand 14DF32HC81 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Multilin such as 73555125485 equipment made by Multilin have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Multilin products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Multilin" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ENCOM2CN0 made by Millipore as well as the popular GT5389 original spares produced by G-v Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 474390 by Pilz and 73555125485 spares by Multilin are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ARD15112 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nais. |
