COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pilz PNOZ 11 230/240VAC 24VDC7N/O1N/O parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Crydom products, including obsoleted and phased-out Robertshaw parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Pilz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Crydom such as the CD4850W1V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the N11099 manufactured by Robertshaw and we are pleased to be able to service most Robertshaw systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 774080 by Manufacturer Pilz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Riese Brand RSNAGM in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lindus such as TASC0101 equipment made by Lindus have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lindus products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lindus" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MKC27103 made by Ge-ding as well as the popular KTMA3215 original spares produced by Sylvania Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 41JOZ5000ACGSIL by Sigma and TASC0101 spares by Lindus are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PSSUA Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Tapeswitch. |
