COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Electromatic 1111 120 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Hubbell products, including obsoleted and phased-out Fisher parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Omron product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Hubbell such as the HC48713202 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 14B5072X122 manufactured by Fisher and we are pleased to be able to service most Fisher systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature F160C15E2 by Manufacturer Omron as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge-fanuc Brand A20B0007004004A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by General-Electric such as HGS2MT5119 equipment made by General-Electric have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire General-Electric products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "General-Electric" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available DC2500EE0L00200000 made by Honeywell as well as the popular 6500061 original spares produced by Jaidinger-Mfg-Co Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the S1961156115 by Electromatic and HGS2MT5119 spares by General-Electric are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original ILB02 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Hitachi. |
