COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joslyn Clark 4U4-120 PM parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Reliance products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Te-Connectivity product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Reliance such as the 422016RA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the LR97D07M7 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 16182737 by Manufacturer Te-Connectivity as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kubler Brand 8580022750001 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Potter such as SC7863 equipment made by Potter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Potter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Potter" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 2ENP13084 made by Makino as well as the popular TOUCHPANEL original spares produced by Kis-Kinder Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the A349150015930007155238 by Ledex and SC7863 spares by Potter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 4900114 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Minster-Machine. |
