COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer D60LA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Kilovac products, including obsoleted and phased-out Ite parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leach product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Kilovac such as the K60C831 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the R2G4202D21A10 manufactured by Ite and we are pleased to be able to service most Ite systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature VS187 by Manufacturer Leach as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Kemet Brand KemetT494D475K050AS in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as RM7800L1012 equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 146500 made by Joslyn-Clark as well as the popular PNOZ11230240VAC24VDC7NO1NO original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 884110 by Pilz and RM7800L1012 spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SSIO24SMIDC5SMODC5 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keithley. |
