COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa USAGED-13A210E parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Inland products, including obsoleted and phased-out Animatics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Japan-Servo-Co product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Inland such as the TT29533058A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SMARTMOTOR manufactured by Animatics and we are pleased to be able to service most Animatics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SPU4F008 by Manufacturer Japan-Servo-Co as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand UGRMEM08SKD31UTOPE150DK11 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sanyo such as U505012EL8 equipment made by Sanyo have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sanyo products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sanyo" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available UCL710 made by Baldor as well as the popular TS530N33E9 original spares produced by Fanuc Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the UAASKB08CHSB1 by Yaskawa and U505012EL8 spares by Sanyo are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SMGD40AWAYR12 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
