COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Sterling SSR0402AY05064 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Quick-Sliver-Controls products, including obsoleted and phased-out Schneider parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mj-Tooling product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Quick-Sliver-Controls such as the SliverMaxNEMA34 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SM07060010P144S1B0 manufactured by Schneider and we are pleased to be able to service most Schneider systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature SD5256 by Manufacturer Mj-Tooling as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Mj-Tooling Brand SD5560 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yaskawa such as SGMAH01A1A2S equipment made by Yaskawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yaskawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yaskawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available Series8770010877xxREVC made by Stearns as well as the popular SP210MF15141000 original spares produced by Alpha Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SGMA8A3TA11 by Yaskawa and SGMAH01A1A2S spares by Yaskawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SP100MF110051000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Alpha. |
