COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CACR-IR-151515F parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Galil-Motion-Control parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Honeywell product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the CLV4801010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DB14064 manufactured by Galil-Motion-Control and we are pleased to be able to service most Galil-Motion-Control systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CLI80360206001 by Manufacturer Honeywell as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand CR305HH0BA1H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sick such as CLV280A1020 equipment made by Sick have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sick products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sick" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CUS41A2 made by Endress--Hauser as well as the popular CM15MD312H original spares produced by Mitsubishi Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DBE750 by Control-Techniques and CLV280A1020 spares by Sick are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CM100TF24F Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mitsubishi. |
