COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi CM200E3U-12H parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ge products, including obsoleted and phased-out Aztec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Ge product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ge such as the DS200LPPAG1AAA spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DP2301405 manufactured by Aztec and we are pleased to be able to service most Aztec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DS3800NFCD1K1D by Manufacturer Ge as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has B--B-Electrinics Brand cp260 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by National such as DH70006 equipment made by National have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire National products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "National" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CPU317F2PNDP made by S7-300f as well as the popular DPR960 original spares produced by Fisher-Rosemount Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DS3800HXPE1A1A by Ge and DH70006 spares by National are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPS18FB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa. |
