COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Union Signal PN-150B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Basler products, including obsoleted and phased-out Electromatic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Dare-Electronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Basler such as the BE125 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the FGD100 manufactured by Electromatic and we are pleased to be able to service most Electromatic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature AE13101599 by Manufacturer Dare-Electronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cardone Brand 721114 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Cii such as 13102C245 equipment made by Cii have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Cii products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Cii" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available BR18A6 made by Eagle-Signal as well as the popular ECN05A1CAAR63B original spares produced by Eaton Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SR8A3B07B3A by Basler and 13102C245 spares by Cii are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CN35KN3 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Cutler-Hammer. |
