COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Douglas WRS-2224 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Durakool products, including obsoleted and phased-out Eaton parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 General-Electric product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Durakool such as the 3060APS24DC spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 45K1326 manufactured by Eaton and we are pleased to be able to service most Eaton systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 12IAC53B2A by Manufacturer General-Electric as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Electroswitch Brand 7823DD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Eaton such as ELC2PV28NNDR equipment made by Eaton have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Eaton products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Eaton" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 9303FD made by Electro as well as the popular ASB840108 original spares produced by Gould Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 3S7511KF104B1 by General-Electric and ELC2PV28NNDR spares by Eaton are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SJ105724DC Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Electromatic. |
