COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Textron MHV25B846-W8B parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Honeywell parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MDD112DNN2L130PA0 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M940A10262 manufactured by Honeywell and we are pleased to be able to service most Honeywell systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MDD112CN040N2L130PB0 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand M35395 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bayside such as MB142063 equipment made by Bayside have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bayside products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bayside" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC90C0GD4C110A0WI520S01 made by Indramat as well as the popular M235YYOY3YOYFH original spares produced by Gettys Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MH425D63PS115010SH by Kollmorgen and MB142063 spares by Bayside are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MGM340CBNS0000 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Emerson. |
