COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon M461-GAS0-0P0C parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Weg products, including obsoleted and phased-out Baldor parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Fenner product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Weg such as the IPX70421324010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M3600 manufactured by Baldor and we are pleased to be able to service most Baldor systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature L11827 by Manufacturer Fenner as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Gould Brand M112A10K000B in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Simmonds-Precision such as M2004F equipment made by Simmonds-Precision have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Simmonds-Precision products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Simmonds-Precision" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available JD0054JMD180 made by Ultimate as well as the popular LM24265 original spares produced by Lincoln Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M112FJ12 by Slo-Syn-Superior-Electric and M2004F spares by Simmonds-Precision are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original JMM3158T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
