COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Siemens LEN00B002240A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Asea parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Shamrock product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the SHV160QM spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MS325631SAM15000R1009 manufactured by Asea and we are pleased to be able to service most Asea systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TC1D3211G6 by Manufacturer Shamrock as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Fuji Brand SJ0WG2EDC24V46A1A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Shamrock such as TC1D4011L6 equipment made by Shamrock have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Shamrock products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Shamrock" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available LEN00B004120B made by Siemens as well as the popular 3P846005A original spares produced by Ge Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the OS30ACC12 by Abb and TC1D4011L6 spares by Shamrock are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original R8210G1003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Honeywell. |
