COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Shamrock TC1-D8011-U6 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fanuc products, including obsoleted and phased-out Agastat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Westinghouse product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fanuc such as the 44A736236001R01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 7012ACLLI1 manufactured by Agastat and we are pleased to be able to service most Agastat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1956071A by Manufacturer Westinghouse as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand 700RT11N110A1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Klockner-Moeller such as ZM10PKZ2 equipment made by Klockner-Moeller have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Klockner-Moeller products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Klockner-Moeller" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 202R2708UL made by Abb as well as the popular 774B401A16 original spares produced by Abb Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the IFMA0065 by Red-Lion and ZM10PKZ2 spares by Klockner-Moeller are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DPA01CM60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Carlo-Gavazzi. |
