COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Semikron SKM195GB124DN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Koyo products, including obsoleted and phased-out Idec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Asea product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Koyo such as the TRDN360R spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the SLC30N0816DD2FBR20S5G44Y64 manufactured by Idec and we are pleased to be able to service most Idec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature USART86INT by Manufacturer Asea as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Tribscan Brand TS3SC in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Toshiba such as VFSX2002R equipment made by Toshiba have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Toshiba products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Toshiba" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available TV612012S made by United-Technologies as well as the popular VM35BTCT original spares produced by Bosch Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TM7122 by Burr-Brown and VFSX2002R spares by Toshiba are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original SRXC60 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sony. |
