COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Motoman Robotics USASEM-01YRW11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ixys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Dynics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Allen-Bradley product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ixys such as the VVZB12016IO1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the WX15PIX3 manufactured by Dynics and we are pleased to be able to service most Dynics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 1771OAD17710AD by Manufacturer Allen-Bradley as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand V530R160EP in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Ametek such as WDGINSITUCONTROL equipment made by Ametek have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Ametek products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Ametek" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available XDCRLTF8000110 made by Data-Instruments as well as the popular WVPB5564 original spares produced by Panasonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VIB60CU by Vicor and WDGINSITUCONTROL spares by Ametek are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 1771NB4T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Allen-Bradley. |
