COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MKE037B-144-GP0-AUNN parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Indramat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC90B0ID4C110A0WI530S01 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MAC092A0DD2C095A0 manufactured by Indramat and we are pleased to be able to service most Indramat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC041C by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Baldor Brand M3708T in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bautz such as M404D0010100004 equipment made by Bautz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bautz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bautz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112D0HD1B130A1J625S005 made by Indramat as well as the popular MDD112BN030N2L130PA0 original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M587772 by Fanuc and M404D0010100004 spares by Bautz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC090C0GD2C130B1S003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
