COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Rexroth MDD1.12B-N-030-N2L-130PA0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Indramat products, including obsoleted and phased-out Panasonic parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Indramat such as the MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI520BS05 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M91A40G4DU manufactured by Panasonic and we are pleased to be able to service most Panasonic systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M1707T by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Dodge Brand M94513 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by G527 such as MA94760L1 equipment made by G527 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire G527 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "G527" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC090C0GD4C110A2WI520LVS018 made by Indramat as well as the popular LVF56B17D15532A original spares produced by Marathon Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MAC112C0HD3C130B1S05 by Rexroth and MA94760L1 spares by G527 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC90B0ID1B110A0J1250S01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
