COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MDD093A-N-040-N9N-11 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Baldor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Welco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Bautz product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Baldor such as the M7070T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M80403 manufactured by Welco and we are pleased to be able to service most Welco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M406D00101000018 by Manufacturer Bautz as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Modutrol-Motor Brand M945A1017 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lenze such as MCS09F38RS0P1B14NST5S00NR0SU equipment made by Lenze have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lenze products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lenze" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M135H6CA9A0F made by Gould as well as the popular MCS19F30RS0B0A28N original spares produced by Lenze Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the LX310BSR7302Z by Parker and MCS09F38RS0P1B14NST5S00NR0SU spares by Lenze are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M4110T Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Baldor. |
