COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Reliance X320710A-FU parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Yaskawa products, including obsoleted and phased-out Becker parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Empire-Magnetics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Yaskawa such as the USAFED20CA2T spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the VT440 manufactured by Becker and we are pleased to be able to service most Becker systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature WPU23CBL10 by Manufacturer Empire-Magnetics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Yaskawa Brand USAFED13FJ11wUTOPI600UB in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Yasakawa such as USASEM02FJ23 equipment made by Yasakawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Yasakawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Yasakawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USASGM03 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular VL5000A original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the VPLB1153ECK12AA by Allen-Bradley and USASEM02FJ23 spares by Yasakawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original UTSAHB17BB Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yasakawa. |
