COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Baldor VBM3546T-D parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Us-Motor products, including obsoleted and phased-out Renold parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Nachi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Us-Motor such as the U10P2D spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the V181E manufactured by Renold and we are pleased to be able to service most Renold systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TS4063N800E22 by Manufacturer Nachi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ashcroft-Dresser Brand T720T05030XBX in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Tamagawa such as TS3409N205 equipment made by Tamagawa have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Tamagawa products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Tamagawa" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available USASGM08HGA3 made by Yaskawa as well as the popular UAASKA22CZ1 original spares produced by Yaskawa Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the TTR29844201B40L by Kearney--Trecker-/-Kollmorgen and TS3409N205 spares by Tamagawa are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
