COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pilz PZE 7 24 V DC 6S10 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Schneider products, including obsoleted and phased-out Struthers-Dunn parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 R-k product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Schneider such as the LR97D07M7 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 425BXX18 manufactured by Struthers-Dunn and we are pleased to be able to service most Struthers-Dunn systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature COB24D210S by Manufacturer R-k as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Siemens Brand 6ES73411BH020AE0 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as 3109640024 equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 5f10000ssil made by Sigma as well as the popular GC200B original spares produced by Square-D Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AG604M0100200007 by Sick and 3109640024 spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 6ES73550VH100AE0 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
