COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Precision Switching XT-1863 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Square-D products, including obsoleted and phased-out Siemens parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Square-D product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Square-D such as the 8536SBG12V03CS spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the 6ES74050DA020AA0 manufactured by Siemens and we are pleased to be able to service most Siemens systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 8536SBH2V06 by Manufacturer Square-D as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Hart Brand QR50H in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Sylvania/josyln-Clark such as KTM3315 equipment made by Sylvania/josyln-Clark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Sylvania/josyln-Clark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Sylvania/josyln-Clark" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available 6ES73211BP000AA0 made by Siemens as well as the popular 6DD16820AJ3 original spares produced by Siemens Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the SC11DB24V by Potter and KTM3315 spares by Sylvania/josyln-Clark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 3RB12620LG00 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Siemens. |
