COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pentair ACS-30 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sick products, including obsoleted and phased-out Okuma parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Control-Engineering product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Sick such as the CLV4907010 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the BLIVD100AU0614000600111 manufactured by Okuma and we are pleased to be able to service most Okuma systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature C1024903 by Manufacturer Control-Engineering as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand C500BI081 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Modicon such as ASB827032 equipment made by Modicon have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Modicon products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Modicon" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available ASB875002800 made by Modicon as well as the popular C78354 original spares produced by Inland-Motor

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the BTL5A11M0203PS32 by Balluff and ASB827032 spares by Modicon are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CLV4801010 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Sick.
