COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CIMR-F7U27P5 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fisher-Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Andover-Continuum parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 B--B-Electrinics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher-Rosemount such as the CL6003X1A3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the DI8 manufactured by Andover-Continuum and we are pleased to be able to service most Andover-Continuum systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature cp260 by Manufacturer B--B-Electrinics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand CPM1A30CDRDV1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mercoid such as DAW33153 equipment made by Mercoid have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Mercoid products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Mercoid" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM300DU24F made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular DDC012N100ADL0101FW original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CIMRVMS27P5 by Yaskawa and DAW33153 spares by Mercoid are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DDS021W100D Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
