COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Omron C4K-AD parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Siemens products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Siemens such as the CJD63S400A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the C500ID219 manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM900HC90H by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ferran-Scientific Brand CNL03 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Mitsubishi such as CM75E3Y12E equipment made by Mitsubishi have been added to our featured items. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CM800DU12H made by Mitsubishi as well as the popular CE15MN3 original spares produced by Cutler-Hammer

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CV5002P by Keyence and CM75E3Y12E spares by Mitsubishi are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CPCRAN051B Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Yaskawa.
