COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Yaskawa CMIR-VCA0011JAA parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Phoenix-Contact products, including obsoleted and phased-out Mitsubishi parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Phoenix-Contact such as the CMSMCR3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the D65UB002840 manufactured by Mitsubishi and we are pleased to be able to service most Mitsubishi systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature DDS21W015DA0100 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Ge Brand DS3800HVDB1J1F in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Honeywell such as D25UU000000000000000000000000E equipment made by Honeywell have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Honeywell products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Honeywell" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available CW4500 made by Honeywell as well as the popular CPU317F2PNDP original spares produced by S7-300f Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the DF75LA160 by Eupec and D25UU000000000000000000000000E spares by Honeywell are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original DS3800HUMA1B1C Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
