COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Nachi MDM212H2V parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Gettys products, including obsoleted and phased-out Weg parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Lenze product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Gettys such as the M135H60A900F spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M08G38205 manufactured by Weg and we are pleased to be able to service most Weg systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MCS09F38RSOBOB14NST5SOONROSU by Manufacturer Lenze as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has American-Precision Brand M3234D9208A in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gould such as M337HKRA8001 equipment made by Gould have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gould products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gould" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M7284Q1009 made by Honeywell as well as the popular MDD065DN040N2L095PB0 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M135H6CB3G0F by Gettys and M337HKRA8001 spares by Gould are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original M91A40G4DU Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Panasonic. |
