COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mts MPM1141FRME-718 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Arco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Sipco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Indramat product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Arco such as the MG230MO spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MP105D01215CTB1P1S00 manufactured by Sipco and we are pleased to be able to service most Sipco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC112D2ED4C130A0WI520LXS005 by Manufacturer Indramat as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand MPLA320PHH22AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Asea such as MC23SR05270785 equipment made by Asea have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Asea products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Asea" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MDD093AN030N2L110PB0 made by Indramat as well as the popular MPLB430PHK22AA original spares produced by Allen-Bradley Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPLA430HHJ72AA by Allen-Bradley and MC23SR05270785 spares by Asea are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MKE037B144GP0AUNN Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Rexroth. |
