COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Allen-bradley MPL-B330P-MK22AA /A parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Nachi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Allen-Bradley parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Torque-Systems product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Nachi such as the MFMA452D6V3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MPLB310PMJ24AA manufactured by Allen-Bradley and we are pleased to be able to service most Allen-Bradley systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature ME3528482C by Manufacturer Torque-Systems as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand MPLA430PMJ24AA in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Emerson such as MGM340CONS0000SK100MF12 equipment made by Emerson have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Emerson products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Emerson" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MAC112C0ED4C130A0WI524LS05 made by Indramat as well as the popular MKE037B144GP0BUNN original spares produced by Rexroth Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MPLA430PMK72AAA by Allen-Bradley and MGM340CONS0000SK100MF12 spares by Emerson are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MFM552Q4V Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Nachi. |
