COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Modicon MM-PMC2-400 91-00992-04 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Asco products, including obsoleted and phased-out Nordson parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Contec product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Asco such as the NPL8316B74E spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PA230206 manufactured by Nordson and we are pleased to be able to service most Nordson systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PIO1616LPCV by Manufacturer Contec as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Allen-Bradley Brand OS1747OS401 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Bentley-Nevada such as PWA10392802E equipment made by Bentley-Nevada have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bentley-Nevada products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bentley-Nevada" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PCE984245 made by Schneider as well as the popular MPCKT55NAA00B original spares produced by Telemecanique Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MV4V4S471472 by Soyo and PWA10392802E spares by Bentley-Nevada are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MTL50036 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Aeg. |
