COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cleveland Motion Control MO-03140-0 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Omron products, including obsoleted and phased-out Contec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Electro-craft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Omron such as the NT631CST153BEV3 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PIO1616LPCV manufactured by Contec and we are pleased to be able to service most Contec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PDM150B by Manufacturer Electro-craft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Abb Brand PHBRMU1000N100 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Westinghouse such as MORA4ABK equipment made by Westinghouse have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Westinghouse products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Westinghouse" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PH600S28024 made by Lambda as well as the popular NPSAZMTA101AE original spares produced by Nikki-Densko Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the PLX85205 by Bordac and MORA4ABK spares by Westinghouse are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MPMZL31S2 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Windsor. |
