COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Mitsubishi BKO-NC6572H61 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Fisher-Rosemount products, including obsoleted and phased-out Westronics parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mitsubishi product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Fisher-Rosemount such as the CL6011X1BA1 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CB10036202 manufactured by Westronics and we are pleased to be able to service most Westronics systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature CM400DY112E by Manufacturer Mitsubishi as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand CJ1WSCU21V1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Omron such as C200HWNC413 equipment made by Omron have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Omron products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Omron" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available C200HCT002C200HCT002 made by Omron as well as the popular C0402S4CH023 original spares produced by Powertec Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the CM75E3Y12G by Mitsubishi and C200HWNC413 spares by Omron are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original CLM012X657 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
