COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Joslyn Clark KTMA34-15 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Te-Connectivity products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Matsushita product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Te-Connectivity such as the 16182737 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PNOZX29P24VDC3NO1NC manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature FP1C40 by Manufacturer Matsushita as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand XPSAR311144 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilz such as CPUCardCP8ZE8US equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PC1666A made by Okuma as well as the popular S1647 original spares produced by Lisk Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NL6EXDC12V by Aromat and CPUCardCP8ZE8US spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MSSR32 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Keithey. |
