COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the K-tec AMAT-FS120-GFI parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pop products, including obsoleted and phased-out Moxa parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Leach product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pop such as the PRG511A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the UC7110 manufactured by Moxa and we are pleased to be able to service most Moxa systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature TD18122103 by Manufacturer Leach as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Reliance Brand 78439R in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lfe such as W331ECZZ01 equipment made by Lfe have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lfe products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lfe" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available GT1ROS16 made by Omron as well as the popular AGN200A4HZ original spares produced by Panasonic Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the NL6EXDC12V by Aromat and W331ECZZ01 spares by Lfe are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 8272286 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Woodward. |
