COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Jokab 2TLJ020007R5000 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pilz products, including obsoleted and phased-out K-tec parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Phoenix product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pilz such as the 474390 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the AMATFS120GFI manufactured by K-tec and we are pleased to be able to service most K-tec systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature PSRSCP24DCESD5X11X2300 by Manufacturer Phoenix as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand PN0ZXV2P in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Gec-Alsthom such as LFAA102S50005B equipment made by Gec-Alsthom have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Gec-Alsthom products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Gec-Alsthom" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SNO2005120 made by Schleicher as well as the popular PNOZmOp773110 original spares produced by Pilz Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 506071074R00 by Kawasaki and LFAA102S50005B spares by Gec-Alsthom are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original 77893C01 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer National-Instruments. |
