COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Pilz PNOZ10 24VDC 774009 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Sun-Electric products, including obsoleted and phased-out Crydom parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Siemens product line-up. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the CD4825W2V manufactured by Crydom and we are pleased to be able to service most Crydom systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 6ES73221CF000AA0 by Manufacturer Siemens as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Pilz Brand 774080 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Pilz such as PNOZX28P24VACDC equipment made by Pilz have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Pilz products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Pilz" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available PNOZX28P24240VACDC made by Pilz as well as the popular 42R06500SSIL original spares produced by Sigma Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 9065SF420 by Square-D and PNOZX28P24VACDC spares by Pilz are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings.
