COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Instrument Transformer GFM453 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Potter products, including obsoleted and phased-out Pilz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Laurence product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Potter such as the SC11DM24V spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the PNOZX324VACDC774310 manufactured by Pilz and we are pleased to be able to service most Pilz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 45012P0X3 by Manufacturer Laurence as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Omron Brand DMT60M in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Lexmark such as 35S6851 equipment made by Lexmark have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Lexmark products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Lexmark" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available SRBZHK115VAC made by Schmersal as well as the popular 3415C original spares produced by Asco Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the AQV214AZ by Panasonic and 35S6851 spares by Lexmark are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original P10DOR16 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Pilz. |
