COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Instrument Transformer GFM453 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Ram products, including obsoleted and phased-out Omron parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Milltronics product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Ram such as the 03101199000 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the G3MB202PEG4DC20MA manufactured by Omron and we are pleased to be able to service most Omron systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature 7ML12011EA00 by Manufacturer Milltronics as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Littelfuse Brand SE400 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Phoenix such as PSRSCP24DCESD5X11X2300 equipment made by Phoenix have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Phoenix products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Phoenix" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available W128X15 made by Magnecraft as well as the popular EMUL535PCPOD original spares produced by Nohau Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 774500 by Pilz and PSRSCP24DCESD5X11X2300 spares by Phoenix are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original D65RA002610 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Mazak. |
