COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat MAC112D-0-ED-3-C/130-A-2/S013 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Rexroth products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bautz parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Kollmorgen product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Rexroth such as the MAC090B0JD4C110A2WI524LVS018 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the M406D00101000018 manufactured by Bautz and we are pleased to be able to service most Bautz systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature M403CA3B3 by Manufacturer Kollmorgen as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Raytech Brand L6S in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by G527 such as MA94760L1 equipment made by G527 have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire G527 products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "G527" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M131H60B9Y0FCH made by Gould as well as the popular MA94761L1 original spares produced by Baldor Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M38BP820806 by Nord and MA94760L1 spares by G527 are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MAC090C0KD4C110A0WI520LXS001 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
