COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Indramat KDV1.3-100-115 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Cutler-Hammer products, including obsoleted and phased-out Rexroth parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Antek product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Cutler-Hammer such as the M0RA2MAE spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MA42007301M manufactured by Rexroth and we are pleased to be able to service most Rexroth systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAS51A03050300 by Manufacturer Antek as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Cutler-Hammer Brand LA3400PT in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Johnson-Controls such as MSNAE55111 equipment made by Johnson-Controls have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Johnson-Controls products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Johnson-Controls" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MBM400HR6G made by Fanuc as well as the popular MDD071CN030N2M095PB1 original spares produced by Indramat Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MS47SR201200XMC47201200R by Sti-Omron and MSNAE55111 spares by Johnson-Controls are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MMIIPD12120 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Ge. |
