COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Cutler Hammer LA3400PT parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Mitsubishi products, including obsoleted and phased-out Actus-Power parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Mac product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Mitsubishi such as the MC419 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the NPSA20NN50E8 manufactured by Actus-Power and we are pleased to be able to service most Actus-Power systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature MAC125 by Manufacturer Mac as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Keyence Brand LS3060 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Square-D such as NQ442L4C equipment made by Square-D have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Square-D products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Square-D" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available MSK071E0300NNM1UP0NNNN made by Rexroth as well as the popular NBB518GM60E3 original spares produced by Pepperl-Fuchs Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the MVME2700761IO by Freescale-Semiconductor and NQ442L4C spares by Square-D are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original MDD112DN030N2M130PB1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Indramat. |
