COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Impact Systems 08-1192-00 parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Pepperl products, including obsoleted and phased-out Potter parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Magnecraft product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Pepperl such as the FD2PCU300A spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the MDR1311 manufactured by Potter and we are pleased to be able to service most Potter systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature W128X15 by Manufacturer Magnecraft as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Schneider Brand SR3B261BD in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Potter such as MDR1378 equipment made by Potter have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Potter products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Potter" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available NS800H3F20 made by Merlin-Gerin as well as the popular SPC2RM0E100G050ZR3 original spares produced by Marsh-Bellofram Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 2BC4642 by Hi-g-Co. and MDR1378 spares by Potter are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original PC17A Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Potter. |
